Outlook Express

  1. Open the email message by double-clicking on it.
  2. From the File menu, click "Properties".
  3. Click the "Details" tab and you will see the "Internet headers for this message".

Microsoft Outlook 2003

  1. Open the email message by double-clicking on it.
  2. On this new window menu, go to View -> Options.
  3. This will open up the Message Options window and you will see the "Internet headers" at the bottom of the window.

Microsoft Outlook 2007

  1. Open the email message by double-clicking on it.
  2. On the Message tab, in the Options group, click the little button with an arrow in it. Click the "message options menu with the internet headers" in the bottom section.
  3. This will open up the Message Options window and you will see the "Internet headers" at the bottom of the window.

  1. Open the email message by double-clicking on it.
  2. Click on the File tab, Select Info Ribbon and click on the "Properties".
  3. This will open up the Properties window and you will see the "Internet headers" at the bottom of the window.
